If you have a problem with an item you ordered, or you would like to return/exchange an item, please let us know by emailing Customer Service at email@example.com. All communications in regard to issues with your order or any returns must be done via email.
Our Return policy/process is as follows:
Belldini only accepts returns for items purchased directly from the Belldini.com website provided the item(s) meet the following criteria (no exceptions):
- The item is odorless (free of perfumes and deodorants), unworn and unwashed.
- Still has the original tags attached.
- The item is defective. Returns are free and subject to change at management's discretion.
All return requests must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 calendar days of receipt. In order to process your request promptly, please include the following information:
- Order Number
- The reason for your return with as much detail as possible. If damaged, please describe the nature of the damage and location on the garment along with a picture.
Any return requests made beyond the 21 days will be rejected.
Upon approval of the return, we will respond to your email and attach a return label.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or, the amount can be issued in the form of a Belldini gift card upon written request.
We only accept returns that are approved by our Customer Service Team with Belldini Generated Return Labels. If you send a return to us on your own accord and do not follow the guidelines of our policy, we are not obligated in any way to accept the return nor credit you back for the item(s).
Exchanges We are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you need a new color or size in the item you want, we suggest you place a new order to ensure availability.

Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged for cash.
Last Call, Flash Sale and Cyber Monday purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any styles indicated as Final Sale. Discounts and other offers cannot be applied to Final Sale items unless otherwise specified.
Holiday 2022 gift shopping: Any items purchased in the month of December can be returned up until 01.19.23 with the exception of Last Call or unless otherwise indicated, i.e., a special sale item. All requirements must be met according to the details outlined in this policy.
If you don’t hear back from one of our team members within one business day, please check your spam folder. If you’re return label is not attached to the email response or for some reason it goes missing, please contact us via email to reissue.
Returns for purchases made in our Amazon store can only be processed through Amazon. Any and all communication about your Amazon order must be done through the Amazon platform. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Garment must be unworn, unwashed, odor free and original tags in place. For more information, please visit amazon.com/returns.
Pricing and Price Matching Policy
Prices are subject to change and at the discretion of the company. We do not offer price matching.
